 Rating:  - My most cooked from book!I absolutely love this book! It is an excellent resource for making good food, fast. It's a pleasure just to read, and the recipes are all the sorts of things you really want to cook and eat. I cook from this book more than any other recipe book in my collection, and use it frequently for mid-week meals after a long day, when I want something tasty to eat, but haven't got the time or energy to cook anything too complicated. Read More Rating:  - Some good recipes that are easy to do at homeI bought this based on the reviews and I didn't want to buy something that required me to get dozens of weird and wonderful ingredients to make. Some of the recipes were great, i could make them straight away, but 25% of them required a trip to the supermarket and specialist stores to stock up, so not quite as an "express" as I had hoped. Rating: - Interesting food for all occasionsI like that the food Nigella presents is not limited to a type of meals. Too often "Express" cooking book focus on lunch or dinner. Her book give us options for all occasions, from breakfast to entertaining. It is great and it tastes great! Rating:  - Quite amazingI have been delighted with this book. There are a huge number of well thought out recipes inside. Without compromising on the quality of the food (it really is excellent) - Nigella has produced recipes that can in some cases be knocked up within fifteen minutes.
